2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
•    Store means the online store available at https://istotaformy.com/ .
•    Seller means Istota Formy Sp. z o.o.
•    Customer means any individual or legal entity purchasing products through the Store.
•    Consumer means a natural person entitled to consumer protection under applicable law.

3. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
•    you are at least 18 years old;
•    you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;
•    all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud, unlawful activity, or a breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

4. Products
Istota Formy offers handcrafted decorative sculptures, abstract artistic forms, musician sculptures, classic animal figures, and designer decorative pieces.
Every sculpture is individually handmade. As a result, slight differences in colour, texture, dimensions, finish, or artistic details may naturally occur.
These variations are an inherent feature of handcrafted artwork and are not considered defects.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display products accurately, actual items may differ slightly due to the handmade production process, lighting conditions, or screen settings.

5. Prices
All prices displayed on the Store:
•    include applicable VAT;
•    are shown in the selected currency;
•    exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
The Seller reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and update prices before a sales contract is concluded.

6. Payment
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.
Available payment methods may include:
•    Visa;
•    Mastercard;
•    Apple Pay;
•    Google Pay;
•    other payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.
Order processing begins only after successful payment confirmation.

7. Formation of the Sales Contract
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products.
A binding sales contract is formed only after the Seller sends an email confirming acceptance of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:
•    obvious pricing errors;
•    product unavailability;
•    suspected fraud;
•    legal or regulatory requirements.
Where payment has already been received, any cancelled order will be refunded using the original payment method.

8. Shipping
We deliver to countries within the European Union and Ukraine.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon successful delivery unless otherwise required by applicable law.
